At Organic Kumaon, we take great care in preparing and delivering authentic organic products from the Himalayas. Your satisfaction is very important to us. This Refund & Return Policy explains when and how you can request a return or refund.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:

You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

You notify us within 7 days of delivery.

The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging (for non-perishable items).

Opened or partially used products

Perishable/consumable food items (teas, snacks, pickles, honey, ghee, etc.) unless defective or damaged

Products purchased during clearance or promotional sales (unless defective)
2. Refund Process

Once your return request is approved, we will process the refund.

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference.

Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
3. Replacement Policy
If you prefer, we can send you a replacement product instead of a refund, subject to availability.

5. Shipping Costs for Returns

If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective product), we will bear the return shipping costs.

If the return is due to customer preference (example: dislike of taste), the customer will need to bear the return shipping charges.
6. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.

Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
