Refund & Return Policy – Organic Kumaon

At Organic Kumaon, we take great care in preparing and delivering authentic organic products from the Himalayas. Your satisfaction is very important to us. This Refund & Return Policy explains when and how you can request a return or refund.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

  • You notify us within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging (for non-perishable items).

❌ We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or partially used products

  • Perishable/consumable food items (teas, snacks, pickles, honey, ghee, etc.) unless defective or damaged

  • Products purchased during clearance or promotional sales (unless defective)

2. Refund Process

  • Once your return request is approved, we will process the refund.

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference.

  • Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

3. Replacement Policy

If you prefer, we can send you a replacement product instead of a refund, subject to availability.

4. How to Request a Return or Refund

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

  • Provide your order ID, description of the issue, and photos (if applicable).

  • Our team will review and confirm the next steps.

5. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective product), we will bear the return shipping costs.

  • If the return is due to customer preference (example: dislike of taste), the customer will need to bear the return shipping charges.

6. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.

  • Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
